Project specification
The client needed to repaint the room and to add finishing touches. We advised on paint colours. He requested advice on ways to block out more light as the existing shutters were allowing too much through the slats. Free moving curtains on a pole were the best solution as they also allowed the shutters to work. We discussed colours and agreed on blue. This complimented the rest of the furnishings and style of the home. Pinch pleat, blackout curtains were made and installed. The client also requested a washable but glamorous bed cover as they had dogs. We researched this and found a washable, lightly quilted cover that hid any minor mess. Scatter cushions in blue were added to balance the blue of the curtains and a bespoke deco style armchair was added to finish the scheme.
